Jansons expand into new sectors in drive for growth

by gbaf mag

As Jansons Property enters its 17th year of trading, the Buckinghamshire-based property investor and developer has announced ambitious plans to grow the business by expanding into new market sectors including food retail, care homes and retirement villages, distribution warehousing and data centres.

To support and promote this growth, Jansons will be making a number of strategic hires and is launching a new corporate website www.jansonsproperty.com .

The new website reflects the company’s forward-thinking brand values as well as its entry into new sectors. The layout pairs a sleek and modern design plus functionality, with the aim of improving access to important company information.

Commenting on the growth, Andy Jansons, Managing Director of Jansons Property, said: “The property market is a movable feast, so it’s vital that we move with it.  Like with many businesses, one upshot of the pandemic is that it has enabled us to explore new markets. To do this it is vital we keep growing in terms of personnel and continue to recruit the best people out there.

“As we have moved into these new sectors, we felt it was imperative that our company website also reflect this change.  Today we believe our revitalised company website is a true reflection of our progressive and modern brand positioning, which is why we are thrilled to debut the site at such an exciting time,” adds Andy Jansons.
